Build catalogue
Pick the thing you want to exist.
These are 12 projects that fit inside the sprint. Every entry states what it costs, how long it takes and what you hold at the end. You choose one at the end of week one, and you can bring your own instead.

* About running costs
Nothing here can quietly run up a bill.
A monthly figure on a software project is an estimate at the scale one student reaches, not a quote. Before anything is published, week three sets a ceiling:
- A hard spending cap on every provider account, set before the project goes live.
- A billing alert at half the cap, so nothing is a surprise.
- Free tiers first: every project in this list is designed to sit inside one at student scale.
- A kill switch: how to take the project offline in one step if the numbers move.
Bring your own
Your own idea is welcome, on one condition.
It must fit in three weeks and it must ship. In week one you score your idea against demand, cost and time. If it scores below the line, the instructor says so, and you take one of the builds above instead. Nobody spends three weeks on something that cannot finish.
